Bomkai sarees are woven using a special extra weft jala technique that creates intricate threadwork designs across the body and pallu. Our collection features both Sambalpuri Bomkai, handwoven in Sonepur in western Odisha, and Ganjam Bomkai from coastal Odisha — each with its own regional character and distinct motif tradition. The interplay of contrast colours, bold borders and delicate threadwork makes Bomkai sarees a favourite for weddings, pujas and festive celebrations. Available in cotton and silk. Every saree sourced directly from Odisha weavers.
