Santhal Tribal Sarees

The Santhal cotton saree is a handloom saree of Odisha composed of handwoven cotton fabric. The cotton used is of good quality and is woven by the Santhal tribal community in the Mayurbhanj district of Odisha and neighboring states like Jharkhand and West Bengal. Santhal Cotton Sarees have thick low thread count checks on the body with a Jaal Phuta work with floral/bird motif.
